Our COVID-19 Policies & Procedures.

[Updated June 5, 2020]

We love creating content for our clients, in good times and bad. To ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of those we work with and the communities we serve, we've taken the following steps at this time:

ADHERENCE TO CDC GUIDELINES

We are closely following and adhering to the latest CDC guidelines as they apply to our staff, our crew and our clients.

SAFETY ON-SET & ON-LOCATION

For projects requiring in-person filming practices during this time, we are also following the industry-specific guidance of The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers' white paper, which details our enhanced infection prevention measures and the guiding principles we are employing to safely create on-set and on-location during this time:

Proposed Health and Safety Guidelines for Motion Picture, Television, and Streaming Productions During the COVID-19 Pandemic

CAMERA-LESS CONTENT

Don’t tell our camera department, but we have produced some compelling, award-winning, highly-effective videos without having to power up a single camera.  From 2D & 3D animated videos to campaigns that leverage previously filmed footage assembled in a new way, we’ve helped countless clients over the past few months produce projects using the resources they have available to them (and us!)

ENHANCED REMOTE CAPABILITIES

From moving our Pre Production and Post Production services to accommodate a remote workflow to acquiring new software and beefing up our livestream capabilities, our team has wasted no time enhancing and improving our remote production capabilities  to create effectively and efficiently in a safer-at-home work environment.

FREE VIRTUAL CONSULTING

Our goal is to help connect people, brands, and movements with the right content.  To better serve during this time, our founder & Creative Director is offering free, private, 30 minute brainstorming sessions for anyone seeking creative triage support or looking for innovative solutions to help overcome the challenges we all face due to COVID-19.
