Boulder-based commercial production company and content creation studio, La Storia Productions, has welcomed acclaimed creative Chris Svoboda, to their award-winning team to serve as the company’s new Senior Editor.
This alignment signifies a time of growth for La Storia, as Svoboda brings an arsenal of editorial, art direction, illustration and custom motion graphics under his Adobe suite tool belt.
After graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising & Applied Communications, Chris moved to Colorado where he cut his teeth as a graphic designer at EVB.
In 2016, Chris joined the Crocs creative team as a Digital Designer. Over the next seven years, Chris moved his way up in the company as a Campaign Designer, Videographer, Editor, and eventually Senior Editor, overseeing, capturing, and managing all video content for Crocs Global Marketing team.
His work has included over 14 channels of programming, including Organic & Paid Social, Paid Digital Media, Brand Campaigns, Seasonal Campaigns, Seasonal Product & Trend, Collaborations, Internal Presentations, Global In-store Digital Display, Wholesale Accounts, Crocs. com, and Mobile Apps.
Of all the things he's learned along the way, Chris says his biggest takeaway has been, "If you don’t have the idea, you don’t have anything."
As Chris looks ahead to leading La Storia's post-production creative, he says he's most excited about pushing the boundaries of what's possible for our clients, both in the commercial space and beyond.
